At recent "Allwin Quality Problem Sharing Meeting", 60 employees from our three factories participated in meeting, 8 employees shared their improvement cases on the meeting.
Each sharer introduced their solutions and experience of solving quality problems from different perspectives, including design mistake and prevention, quick inspection design and use, using quality tools to find the root cause of the problem, etc. The content shared was useful and wonderful.
We should learn from experience of others and use it into our own work for futher improvement. Now the company is promoting LEAN management with two goals:
1. Customer satisfaction, in QCD, Q should be first, quality is the primary goal.
2. To train and improve our team, which is the base of sustainable development.
